Services & Rates
Board & Train
Rosie and Rj only accept a maximum of 2 dogs at a time. So we train your dog one on one. Your dog lives with us for 2, 4, 5, or 6 weeks in an intensive lifestyle training program. Then we teach you how to reinforce everything your dog learned when you’re reunited.
Private Lessons
We teach you how to train your dog in packages of 4, 6, or 8 lessons. You practice what we show you in between lessons and implement our home management system in your own home.
Group Lessons
We offer Calm Basic and Calm Advanced group lessons. We meet at Patterson Park for one 60-minute lesson once per week for four weeks. We keep the group classes small, so you and your dog will receive plenty of personalized attention.
Board & Train (Bootcamp)
Would you like a fully off-leash trained dog who can be calm on command and focused on you in any situation, but you don’t have the time to personally train your dog? If you travel often, have a busy schedule, or just too many obligations, let us do the heavy lifting for you. Our bootcamp programs are the best solution to get you loving life with your dog. Our holistic training method establishes clear communication that teaches mindfulness, impulse control, and how to have a new kind of human/canine relationship.
Your dog leaves the setting of his or her past behavior to become immersed in our intensive calm on command lifestyle training program, twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week. Our bootcamp includes a daily routine of one on one relationship-building games, extensive training, structure, rules, socialization, supervised play, treadmill training, pack walking, calming exercises, and real-world outings; such as parks, farmer’s markets, grocery stores, hardware stores, restaurants, coffee shops, and more. We pride ourselves on conditioning your dog to be confidently calm, focused, and obedient anywhere and everywhere under any kind of distraction. True real-world training and rehabilitation.
By simulating a job through relationship-building games and obedience training your dog develops a sense of purpose and confidence that makes it easy for you to maintain the training when you’re reunited with your dog. Finally, by empowering you with the right communication tools and your dog with an understanding of expectations, you will experience peace of mind and a level of freedom that is truly life-changing. The ultimate human/canine relationship.

A three-hour go-home lesson at the end of the program where we will transfer all the information, techniques, and strategies to you.

Calm Kickstart
2 Week Board and Train
This two-week board and train lays the foundation of our communication system, gets your dog loose leash walking, teaches them basic on-leash obedience, and sets you up to take the training as far as you would like. This program is not recommended for dogs with severe reactivity or aggression.
2-Week Bootcamp - $2850
Calm Foundation
4 Week Board and Train
The 4-week bootcamp is intended for any dog with rambunctious goofball behaviors and for puppies who need to learn manners as well as a solid on and off leash obedience foundation. It is not for dogs with serious behavioral issues such as high anxiety, fear, or aggression.

Calm on Command
5 Week Board and Train
The 5-week bootcamp is our most popular program. The extra week gives us time to guide your dog through behavior problems without pushing too soon. Each dog is unique. If we expect too much before our dog is ready for the challenge it puts extra stress on the dog that can hinder our relationship and set the dog back. We want to make sure our dog has a solid foundation of trust and clear communication so they are receptive to our guidance when we put them into situations they have struggled with in the past. The 5 week bootcamp allows us to rehabilitate anxiety, fear aggression, resource guarding, and leash reactivity.
5 week bootcamp - $5850
Behavior Modification
6 Week Board and Train
In a perfect world we would recommend the 6-week bootcamp for everyone. The more time we have to fine-tune your dog’s training, the better habits he or she will form. 6 weeks is for all dogs from puppies to older dogs with any and all behavioral issues. This program is also mandatory for dogs with extreme behavior problems such as red-zone aggression, severe separation anxiety, or any dog with a bite history.

If you have the time and dedication to work with your dog everyday then private lesson packages are the ideal solution to getting you on track and loving life with your dog. Whether you have a dog with severe issues, a stubborn senior with deeply ingrained behavior patterns, or a young knucklehead in need of manners; private lessons becomes a fresh start and state of mind reset for you and your dog.
Your dog’s behavior has everything to do with your relationship. There’s no better way to address this relationship than by working with your dog hands on. We will show you how to create clear communication that teaches mindfulness, impulse control, and how to have a new kind of human/canine relationship. You will see dramatic changes in your dog’s behavior within the very first lesson.

***Training tools such as slip leads, long lines, pet convincer, training collars, marker sticks, leashes, and place cots may be necessary for the training process. For your convenience, we have all the training tools your dog might need on hand, but the cost is not included in the price of the private lesson packages.
Calm Basics
4 lesson package
One 90 minute lesson plus three 1 hour lessons
Set your dog up for success with our 4 lesson basics package. This program will teach you our home management system and create clear communication. You will learn how to train your dog in basic obedience, as well as reinforce manners and boundaries. This package will also show you the techniques and communication skills for polite loose leash walking with your dog.
Intended for dogs any age over 10 weeks
4 lesson package - $685
Calm Foundation
6 lesson package
One 90 minute lesson plus five 1 hour lessons
The 6 lesson package is intended for dogs with rambunctious goofball behaviors and for unruly knuckleheads who need to learn manners. This program shows dogs how their choices matter, how to be polite around people, how to focus on you around other dogs, impulse control, and so much more. This package is also for any dog in need of a solid on and off leash obedience foundation. It is not for dogs with serious behavioral issues such as high anxiety, severe fear, or aggression of any kind.
Intended for dogs any age over 16 weeks
6 lesson package - $985

Pack Walks in Baltimore Maryland - Patterson Park
When you train with us, you’re invited to attend our biweekly Pack Walks in Baltimore, Maryland at Patterson Park! This is a great way for us to continue to support you and your dog(s) and to meet other dog lovers.
Phone Consultations
Phone consultations are basically private lessons on the phone or FaceTime. If you’re outside of our service area I can still cover just as much in these consultations. Whether you have a specific issue, need guidance training your dog, or want a second opinion; I will assess your situation and determine strategies that address your unique circumstances.
